2022 conflict ein gutes Jahr für Tim Prepare dinner
Im Ende September 2022 abgeschlossenen Geschäftsjahr erhielt Prepare dinner insgesamt eine Vergütung von 99,4 Millionen US-Greenback (knapp 91,6 Millionen Euro), wie aus den in der Nacht zum 13. January 2023 veröffentlichten Unterlagen hervorgeht. Den Großteil davon – knapp 83 Millionen US-Greenback (circa 76,5 Millionen Euro) – machte das Aktienpaket aus. Zum Grundgehalt kamen Bonuszahlungen von 6 Millionen US-Greenback (5,5 Millionen Euro) sowie rund 1,4 Millionen US-Greenback (1,3 Millionen US-Greenback) hinzu, die Apple für Sicherheitsmaßnahmen und vom Verwaltungsrat vorgeschriebene Flüge mit einem Privatjet ausgab .

Für das laufende Geschäftsjahr ist nun eine Vergütung von 49 Millionen US-Greenback (45.2 Millionen Euro) vorgesehen, davon 40 Millionen US-Greenback (36.9 Millionen Euro) in Type von Aktien. Während bisher bei der Hälfte der Anteile die Vergabe vom Geschäftsverlauf abhing, werden es nun 75 Prozent sein. In den folgenden Jahren werde die Quote mindestens genauso hoch bleiben, betonte der Verwaltungsrat. Einige große Anteilseigner hatten eine Änderung in diese Richtung gefordert.
